About The Event
Join us for our Half Hog Breakdown Butcher Class!
Participants will learn the pork butchering process from K+M's Butcher, Taylor Armstrong, through this hands on breakdown class in the K+M's Butcher Shop. Taylor will lead participants through the process of fabricating the shoulder and leg, cutting chops, removing spareribs and curing bellies. He will also cover smoking techniques for the perfect fall BBQ!
This class is limited to 8 participants. All participants will go home with a variety of their chops!
Tickets are $75. Participants must be 18 years or older.
