About The Event

Join us for a hands-on class in The Butcher Shop! Learn how to make sausages with The K+M Butcher, Taylor Armstrong! Each participant will make their own sausage - Taylor will lead you through grinding, mixing (including offering recipes and proportions) and casings. Each participant goes home with their creations—approximately 2 lbs. of sausage!
