Caesar Salad with Anchovies




Ingredients

Caesar Dressing (link to recipe)

1 head of Iceberg Lettuce

1 can of Anchovies

Shaved Parmesan

Freshly ground pepper

Day old bread


Instructions

Croutons

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Cut bread into 1/2 inch pieces.

  3. Bake for 5 - 8 minutes or until crisp.

Salad

  1. Chop iceberg lettuce.

  2. Mix lettuce with chilled Caesar dressing.

  3. Top with freshly croutons, ground pepper, shaved parmesan and anchovies.

Serve immediately.
